YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE WORLD IS STRESSFUL, BUT SCIENCE SUGGESTS YOU CAN CHANGE HOW YOU RESPOND TO IT.

Stress is part of evolution’s brilliance. It motivated us to run away from lions in the jungle. It’s your body’s way of trying to keep you safe.

The problem is, in today’s concrete jungle, we’re stressed out not by lions but by traffic jams, overflowing inboxes, and an insufficient number of Instagram likes. All of which our bodies treat as emergencies.

Join us at Ten Percent Happier and learn how to stress better with Professor Modupe Akinola, stress researcher at Columbia Business School, and Sebene Selassie, one of the most gifted meditation teachers in the country.

In this 7-day course you'll get short video lessons followed by guided meditations, packed with practical, actionable tools to bounce back from stress and use it to your advantage.
