We're an award-winning meditation app that meets you where you are. It’s easy for meditation to become just another thing on your to-do list that you feel guilty for skipping. After all - we don’t meditate to get better at meditation, we meditate to show up more fully in our daily lives.
Is the Imperfect Meditation Challenge free?
Yes! You don’t need a paid subscription to access the 14-day free challenge. We always have some free content in the app and while the challenge is going on, this content will be free too!
Do I need to be a Buddhist to participate?
No - you can participate in this challenge and learn how to be happier regardless of your religious affiliation (or lack thereof).
