If you're seeing this screen, you have ENABLED an integration with the Apple Health app in the past. To adjust this setting (or verify whether it is still enabled):
- Open the Heath app.
- Tap Browse.
- Tap Mindfulness (if running iOS 16 or below) or Mental Wellbeing (if running iOS 17 or above).
- Tap Mindful Minutes.
- Scroll down and tap Data Sources & Access.
- Scroll down and check Data Sources.

Why Connect Ten Percent Happier to the Health App?
By enabling both 'read' and 'write' permissions for the Health app, Ten Percent Happier will keep a complete record of all the mindful minutes you log -- including meditations you complete on the Ten Percent Happier app AND mindful minutes you log in other mindfulness apps, like the Mindfulness app on Apple Watch.
